Great complex

We have been living here 12 years for a number of reasons. At first it was to be a temporary situation after we sold our house. The management office staff is always kind, courteous, professional and attentive to our needs. Maintenence is spot on with getting work orders done in a timely manner. Our 3 bedroom apt is spacious with 2 full baths and our own washer and dryer. Our appliances are well cared for and serviced as needed and replaced when necessary. The grounds are well kept and parking lot is well maintained as well. Nice complex.

Im in love with Spring ridge apartments

I’m more then in love with Spring Ridge Apartments. Location, neighborhood and space ?? Jonathan knew and understood what i needed and found the perfect apartment for me and my partner. I would recommend him 100% to find Your perfect Space. Enough parkings, 24/7 maintenance service and online payments. Jonathan has a solution for everything ??

The most you will pay out is for the PPL bill and even that is manageable. It’s a great place to live hands down and several residents leave for job purposes and end up returning (cough cough) to maintain this as their main spot regardless of living elsewhere for work! As a dual resident currently living in two states at the same time and frequently commuting back and forth to live and work (only negative hindrance is the dual state taxation and making the choice to pay two rents and two utility payments for a time but other than that everything is fine) they have been so accommodating while I have been back and forth with recent changes and frequent travelling. I have only ever experienced living here to be the best situation and decision for me and so I chose to remain primarily domiciled here. It was a no-brainer to come back and forth in order to stay here! I am a lifelong Lehigh Valley gal and I’ve always planned to keep it that way! Commuting aside for work and travel outside of Pennsylvania, there’s an easy commute to work in the valley, tons of entertainment, access to a myriad of excellent food establishments (especially in the heart of the revitalized Center City Allentown and the ever-charming Bethlehem), great stores for shopping at the nearby Lehigh Valley Mall (literally it’s almost down the street and so close by), and other fantastic Lehigh Valley attractions and staples that happen to also be nearby. There’s always something great to do in the valley and there’s a steady influx of things to consistently experience and places to obtain (for example – grocery stores are conveniently within a short vicinity of Spring Ridge) all things necessary to live an exciting and fulfilling life. All around this complex is located right in the heart of the valley and is just a short walking and driving distance from everything you could ever need and/or want! This doesn’t at all feel like apartment living here at Spring Ridge Apartments.

I love watching the diverse array of birds that I can see outside of my kitchen windows and backyard patio on any given day. Parking is not an issue and is no cause for concern as the parking lots are not as crowded as people would think. When I first moved in years ago, there was a cool community yard sale. The manager and staff always have such cool community events. The nice thing about the manager and staff is that they actually take the time to socialize with all of their residents and it doesn’t end after they greet you hello or as they wave you goodbye. Other fantastic resident events are Christmas parties and their Dip N’ Dance Pool Party with a Live DJ and snacks! It gives residents a wonderful opportunity to mingle and get to know one another in a great setting. We also have access to spectacular amenities such as the newly renovated gym and clubhouse, the huge pool, the awesome and secure dog park, the playground for the little one(s), tennis and basketball courts, etc. Spring Ridge offers the convenience of a perfectly safe and completely fenced-in dog park. This was such an important feature in my love for this development and what it offers being the owner of an active pup! It’s a great area with spacious backyards and safe sidewalks to walk your furry four-legged friend(s)! The view from every angle is scenic…as it is beautifully kept and landscaped. Spring Ridge takes pride in their appearance. Even in the winter snow removal is fast and efficient. The entire complex is quiet, and all my neighbors are so nice, friendly, and are always there to lend a hand. We always look out for one another and I’ve always felt protected and safe here. This community is certainly dog and family friendly. It’s a great place to have pets and a wonderful place to raise your child. It’s safe, practical, and it offers the premiere upgrades that other places don’t necessarily have but without the absorborant, unreasonable, and astronomical fees!

You can always rely on everyone at Spring Ridge Apartments! I also love their parent company and what they stand for (RP = Real People)! I’ve always felt like the office Property Manager Corrine, Jonathan, and Chantelle take time out of their busy schedules to always listen to their residents. They have always completely listened, understood, acknowledged, and took me seriously when I had questions and concerns instead of blowing me off or sweeping what I had to say about anything under the rug (like I’ve unfortunately experienced at prior places I’ve lived). I actually feel like I am a person that matters to them and not just another one of their valued residents. I’ve not dealt with such exceptional and impressive professionals until I met the entire staff and maintenance here. Everyone makes such a great team and they work and communicate so well together! The amazing staff here will do absolutely everything in their power to keep you happy, help you to feel safe and secure, and the like. No question is a silly question (and I most likely had more than a few)! They also have effective and quick response times and are quick to respond in emergencies and in mitigating potential issues. They are all so wonderful at communicating and they could teach others a thing or two about that! They are also so respectful of our privacy and well-being. I am so satisfied as a resident of Spring Ridge Apartments! I believe that living at Spring Ridge Apartments is affordable and upscale. There is a great variety of practical lease term options. Their luxurious units are so spacious and I loooooove their floorplans and layouts. Each unit is in excellent condition, super clean, and move-in ready right from the start! Talk about convenience! I love my accent wall that they allowed me to pick out and that they painted for me – the color looks so amazing! My specific unit has several great closet spaces! The appliances are in wonderful working condition.

Spring Ridge Apartments has it all! From the moment that I drove into and stepped foot into the leasing office – I knew I’d call this lovely place home! My first impression here was so positive as the staff were all so welcoming and cheerful! They made the process of becoming a resident and valued community member super simple and fast. I found that I had an issue finding a place because of all the breed and weight restrictions for my pup. However, here it was absolutely no big deal/issue and they welcomed my sweet pup instantly after a meet-and-greet! They are super Pet Friendly here just as advertised! I can’t say how very impressed I am still to this day with Spring Ridge Apartments, their staff, and their maintenance members! They are such caring, professional, attentive, accommodating, prompt, impressive, friendly, upstanding, and amazing individuals! When I first arrived here as a prospective resident there was another manager in the office…I knew from the start that it was only time that Corrine would become Property Manager…a much-deserved promotion that I knew would happen soon (and it did)! Our Property Manager Corrine is so beautiful, sweet, smart, friendly, always happy, always stops to say hello, amazingly she knows all tenants first names by heart, and you can’t help but smile around her! I can’t say enough great things about her and all of the office and maintenance staff! Leasing Professionals Jonathan and Chantelle are the greatest additions to the RP Management and Spring Ridge Apartments family ever! They are extremely respectful, kind, full of knowledge/intelligent, friendly, accommodating, exceptional, etc. Everyone at Spring Ridge always goes above and beyond and out of their way for both their prospective future and current residents! They are all good people with big hearts, and they are always there to lend a hand! Staff and neighbors alike for the entire community always show an outpouring of support when there is a strong need for it.

Wonderful Experience

I lived at Springridge Apts for nearly a year. Corinne, the property manager, is the best property manager I have ever dealt with! I cannot recollect any other property manager who knew the names of all the tenants memorized! She greets EVERY tenant by their name as she walks around the property! She is focused, diligent, prompt, attentive, and a wonderful host who also does not forget to throw multiple pool parties every year! If Corinne is looking for a job, I would hire her in a jiffy! And the apartment is fine and wonderful location. The only thing that erked me was the apartment requirement to provide a 2 months notice for termination and the mandated requirement to buy property insurance.

Great place to live!

My wife and I moved there over 7 years ago! One of the things that made us choose Spring Ridge was the staff. They were very friendly and the one thing the really sold it was them saying, "Make this your home!" That and my wife really needed the closet space! Since that time the staff has changed but their friendliness has not.

Top Apartment Complex in Lehigh Valley

After moving into the Lehigh area, I found the Spring Ridge Apartment complex to be centrally located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley. I was warmly welcomed and the transition was simple and have been renting from them for 3 years now. Great staff, friendly neighbors, long list of amenities... recommend highly to anyone looking for upscale rentals within Whitehall/Allentown/Bethlehem area!

Loved my time at Spring Ridge, would highly recommend!!

From the day I was having a panic attack about finding an apartment to the day I moved out, the office manager Corinne was beyond amazing! I had one day to find an apartment due to a relocation to the area. Corrine went above and beyond to get me and my furbabies into my apartment faster than fast! I loved living at Spring Ridge. Very nice apartment, quiet, the few times I needed maintenance they were right there and very professional. You can tell Corinne and her staff take great pride in the community. Loved the remodeled and updated workout center. It is one of the few communities that accept pets and it is very pet friendly. Plenty of parking and fast snow removal when needed. Could not ask for a more centrally located community. It was great being right by the highway, mall, shopping centers, food places etc. Since I was not from the area it was perfect. They also have community events for neighbors to get to know each other. I would recommend Spring Ridge in a heartbeat!

We Love It Here !

Spring Ridge was my boyfriend and I’s First apartment and we couldn’t have chose a better place. The neighborhood is great, low noise and no crime. The apartment itself along with the amenities is fantastic. We love it here, any issue we had with noise or maintenance concerns was always fixed promptly and properly. The staff are super friendly and respectful. You won’t regret living here!!!

Clean and friendly place

Very nice peaceful area with gym, pool and outside fenced in doggy park. Staff very friendly expecially the manager you may call her baby nail lol. Always look forward to the resident events every month. Great place for kids and alot of activities for them to do like basketball, tennis and playground.

A very great and warm palce to live!

We have been at Spring Ridge for 4 years now. The office staff is so great and always go out of there way to help out with any resident issue. The maintenance team is great. If we have an issue they will work to the best to fix the issue the first time. As for the resident we are NOT residents we are a community with friends who help each other out. We have pool party's with 5 or 6 family's each bring something to eat or drink. If you are looking for a new place to live come and check out Spring Ridge Apartments!!

Beautiful neighborhood with lots of community events and activities. Beautiful pool, newly renovated gym, quiet but close to everything you may possibly need. Lovely caring staff. Right at home

I moved into Spring Ridge and could not be happier with my apartment! From the second I walked into the office I felt welcomed and at home. Corrine (now manager) helped me find the perfect apartment. Great place to live!

Spring Ridge is a great place to live. The office manager and leasing agents are always on top of any issues and the maintenance team does such a great job! They handled the weather related issues of this past winter quickly and any time I have a question or possible issue, they make it a priority! I would definitely recommend!

Understanding!

I must say, when it comes to understanding they deserve an A+. They have been very helpful with alot. I recently made the comment to my girlfriend that we found our forever home. There is no need to move out when we have everything we have and need and more. I will say that I never been so pleased to live somewhere like I am when it comes to living at Spring Ridge.
